RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Customers can return/exchange products only if the product/s is/are found damaged or inconsistent with the details mentioned on the website. To claim, the customer shall send us photographs of the damaged good/s. Photographs will be reviewed within 2-3 business days. If the claim is found to be correct the product/s should be returned to registered office within 5-7 business days, failing which customer will not be eligible for any replacement as delay would be considered as usage of product by customer.

We will replace the product/s within 7-10 business days or as per actual production timelines mentioned on the website, after receiving the original shipment within the mentioned time frame. Replacement would be at sole discretion of Uniprints after verification and the customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by the company. If we are unable to replace the product due to non-availability, we will then refund the money after deducting 2% transaction charges.

How to return an item purchased on www.uniprints.in

Returns are easy, simply follow these steps:

  • Contact us and provide Order ID details
  • Customer Support will confirm the return request after review
  • Please ensure that product/s is unused and in original condition. Include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the products. Once ready for return, please intimate us and we will arrange pick up from address same as the shipping address.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Customer can cancel the order by sending us an email on info@unprints.in within 24 hours from the time the order was placed. Cancellation is subject to approval and may not be accepted if order is already processed. If accepted, refund will be initiated within 5-7 business days

REFUND POLICY

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed via same source as the payment mode i.e., If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking account. However, If the payment mode was Cheque or DD, we will send you a cheque (not a DD). Cheques will be mailed only to the billing address of the customer.

The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Typically refunds are processed in less than 5-7 business days, but in case of payments by cheque or DD, it may take a few extra days for the cheque to be delivered to your billing address.

This policy is only for customers in India and we would be unable to provide exchange, returns and/or refunds to our international customers due to prohibitive shipping cost. If transaction is processed more than once for the same order, the additional amount paid will be refunded via same source within 5-7 business days.
